Hello, I've limited the installed mods to Pokecube AIO (and the necessary library files that Curseforge auto-enables) and Distant Horizons. After about 30 seconds or so in game, it will crash with this written to the log:

[16Dec2022 00:58:57.550] [Render thread/INFO] [com.seibel.lod.core.render.LodRenderer/]: Renderer setup complete
[16Dec2022 00:59:08.422] [Gen-Worker-Thread Thread[1]/ERROR] [net.minecraft.world.level.levelgen.feature.MonsterRoomFeature/]: Failed to fetch mob spawner entity at (-222, -8, 401)
[16Dec2022 00:59:12.472] [Gen-Worker-Thread Thread[3]/ERROR] [net.minecraft.world.level.levelgen.feature.MonsterRoomFeature/]: Failed to fetch mob spawner entity at (59, 37, 76)
[16Dec2022 00:59:12.527] [Gen-Worker-Thread Thread[2]/ERROR] [net.minecraft.world.level.levelgen.feature.MonsterRoomFeature/]: Failed to fetch mob spawner entity at (-350, 6, -114)

Everything prior appears to be in reference to the world loading up for the first time and Distant Horizons starting.

when it crashes, does it make a crash report in the crash-reports folder? if so, post that?

The log file seems to be irrelevant to the issue, even though it's a fabric post it's the same error and the dev states that they just haven't bothered to remove it and that it's a non-issue.

Brand new pack, seems to really only occur if I increase my vanilla render distance which makes me think it's more of a distant horizon's bug, however it doesn't crash when either is disabled. No "crashlog" but there's the latest and debug log files.

Good news, I don't think it's your mod causing it. Your mod definitely amplifies whatever underlying issue that Distant Horizons has, but I have been able to get DH to crash the game unexpectedly on it's own. Takes about 15 minutes with DH only + max vanilla render distance, and 30 seconds or so when both mods are enabled. The important part is I get the same crashing without Pokecube if I leave it go long enough. I will take this over to the DH team and see what they say.
