Issue Description:

If you give a Pokemob an item (Tested with Exp. Share), then take it from them, holding Ctrl will show the Pokemob as still having the item.

What happens:

The item is visible on the Pokecube even though the Pokemob no longer has it

What you expected to happen:

For the display to correctly reflect that the item has been removed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Give Pokemob a held item
2. Take the item away
3. Hold Ctrl

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.
