CTD from Configs

What happens:
The server does not start/restart successfully once configs are changed involving Spawning.
What you expected to happen:
I expected the crash eventually. Had already noticed that within the configs folder there are multiple Pokecube configs that address the same thing (spawning) instead of there being one config with this information that can be adjusted.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Adjust the spawn within the Pokecube config (Server.toml) in the server folder.
2.Adjust the spawn within the Pokecube Config (Common.toml) folder that is also in the Server Config Folder.
3.Start/Restart the server. If the numbers are not the default or do not match then the mod will not load and you will receive a failure to load within your error report consistently all going back to this mods configs.
Please consolidate the configs if able or make config files that each address a different portion of the mod.
EX: Spawn, Scaling, Ai. and Pathfinding, Etc.
This is an amazing mod. I'd just love to be able to actually to turn it down just a bit and also be able to control the group size without turning everything down.
