spawn and structure location not working and lagging the world

Issue Description:

the locate command (structure) delays the world when used and in the end finds nothing.
Furthermore, the structures generated they very hardly come out (and even the generated command does not work)

What happens:

when you use the /locate (structure) command the world lags and doesn't find anything. Furthermore, the spawning of these structures is extremely difficult (I only saw 1 in many chunks)

What you expected to happen:

There must be an error in the code for spawning structures or locating them

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a survival World
  2. Use the /locate (structure) command
  3. the world will be delayed until you get the message that it has not found any structure
  4. The world will return to normal, but they do not generate structures

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.
