Issue Description:

Concrete barrels will be emptied if chunk is unloaded (not sure how long) or in single player, if log out and back in.

What happens:

Items in concrete barrel disappear

What you expected to happen:

Items in storage stay in storage

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load Minecraft with NeoForge 21.1.186 and pokecube-aio-1.21.1-4.0.7.jar
2. Place conrete barrels
3. Put a few items into barrel
4. Leave game and re-enter
   ...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.
