Issue Description:

Beating a gym leader does not seem to give any badge to the player. An emerald is given, but that's about it.

What happens:

You fight the gym Leader, you win, you get an emerald, but you don't get any badge.

What you expected to happen:

You get an emerald AND a badge.

Steps to reproduce:

Doesn't require any specific steps : find a gym leader, beat him, watch the drops.
