Stealth Rock move doesn't work.

Issue Description:

Stealth Rock move doesn't seem to do anything except harming the user when used at close range.

What happens:

Upon use, Stealth Rock doesn't do anything on enemy pokemobs.

What you expected to happen:

Stealth Rock should leave a small hazard where it was casted. This is more of a suggestion.

Steps to reproduce:

Just use any pokemob with a stealth rock move, and try to fight another wild pokemob with that move only.

Affected Versions :

Pokecube AIO: 1.21.1-4.0.7
Minecraft: 1.21.1
NeoForge 21.1.181
JEI 19.22.1.316

_If I can make a suggestion : this move will be hard to translate directly into a real time move as it is. I would turn it into a move that scatters lingering hazards scaling on the user's special attack, which vanishes after 20 seconds or after dealing damage. Consider limiting the maximum instances that can coexist at the same time for a single pokemob however to avoid abusive strategies.

Consider also checking the move Spikes and Toxic Spikes are working properly. They will very likely require changes as well._

Ya, further testing seems to indicate that the stealthy rocks are hitting both sides

Are you sure it isn't working? or is it that it isn't also hitting your side?

In my testing, where I had a mob use it, then summoned a wild mob nearby, the wild one took damage

Tested again on a Lycanroc (day form) : the ability was indeed working (my bad), but it's seemingly not hitting wild pokemobs reliably at all and seems to hit yourself more often than not. More noticeably, it will not damage immobile pokemobs, such as those who are sleeping. This probably led me to think that the ability wasn't working properly.

I think the confusion might be due to the absolute lack of visual feedback : you'd expect such an ability to at least spawn a visible field confirming that the ability is working and is going to do damage "right there". However, there's no visual feedback at all. Abilities like Sandstorm or Hail at spawn a large lingering particle field that is relatively clearly defining that something damaging is going on at a specific chunk, but Stealth Rock doesn't have anything like this.

stealth rock only affects mobs that have joined an existing battle, so it won't affect a sleeping mob if you use it on it

in regular pokemon, stealth rock is useless against wild mobs (except maybe the few that "call for help"?)

Working as intended then I guess. I still think it could be better if it was reworked for pokecube however. Is there an area where we can post suggestions ?
