Fainted mobs can be "captured"

Issue Description:

If a pokemob has just fainted, and is still lying on the ground, if you throw a pokecube at it, you are still able to "capture" it - sometimes it will capture at 0hp, other times it will shake on the ground forever, until you shift+right click to pick it up.

This "picked up" mob looks like it is captured, but does not actually belong to you. Dropping this "captured" pokemob on the ground will just drop the shaking cube, not put the mob in your PC. If you heal it in a poke-center you can send it back out and try to capture it again.

What happens:

KO'd pokemobs can be put in a state of pseudo-capture when they are defeated but not yet despawned from the world.

What you expected to happen:

If a pokemob is fainted, it can only be revived or left to despawn, not "captured".

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Defeat a wild pokemob
  2. Very quickly after defeating, throw a pokecube at it
  3. sometimes it will capture, sometimes it will remain in a state of "pseudo-capture"
  4. if left to shake on the ground infinitely, can walk over and shift+right click to pick it up.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.
