Issue Description:

caves spawn list is not adding other spawns in from caves inside of biomes such as forests and mountains

What happens:

going into any cave and looking at the spawn list shows only mobs from a set list without adding the other mobs from another list

What you expected to happen:

to both have caves spawns and biome specific cave spawns

Steps to reproduce:

1.find a forest or mountain biome
2.go into a cave
3.look at local spawns
...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.
