When using FTBBackups2 server-side and installing polylib clients are asked to also install it.

While there is already another issue about this (#64) it does not appear to actually be resolved when using the latest published polylib (fabric) version on 1.21.3. (Used version)

The latest versions of FTB Backups should no longer require polylib.
Due to changes in the minecraft data structure, polylib is currently unable to be installed server side only on fabric servers.
