Discord link in Mod Menu metadata is set incorrectly

The discord entry in the Mod Menu metadata should be a links."modmenu.discord" entry instead:

polymer/polymer-core/src/main/resources/fabric.mod.json

Currently, the Discord link does not appear in Mod Menu.
