Thermal Series Support for Polymorph.

In thermal Series, there is Redstone Furnace. It is almost same with vanilla furnace, but it costs FE. However, Polymorph does not support this furnace, so I cannot change recipe conflict.

In my case, Quartz glass in Better Nether Reforged / Silicon in Refined Storage has been conflicted in 1.16.5

While I am interested in providing Thermal support, I started looking into this and accomplishing this is actually a lot trickier than it seems due to how Thermal's recipes are structured. It's not going to be easy, so I'm not sure when or even if this will be implemented.
