Adding support for Mekanism's machinery, specifically the energized smelter and its upgrades.

Been having an annoying issue of any time I want to make silicon from Refined Storage in autocrafting, it keeps making quartz glass from some random mod we have.
This, paired with #153 would make autocrafting from scratch possible without needing a Project E condenser(which is what our alternative is right now)
