Polymorph button not showing

Polymorph: 0.450+1.19.2
Forge: 43.1.43

Observed Behavior: Polymorph button not showing in any craft/smith/etc. table

Mod conflict?

EDIT: I was able to track down the conflict.

It conflicts with fast- suite, workbench en furnace

After deleting those mods Polymorph functions normally.
