As far as I can remember for this issue, the Silver ingots only turn into MM Silver blocks, at which point they stay as the MM items. And there straight up is no polymorph into Clutter's silver, making it practically impossible to make the nice silver candelabras from that mod.

After leaving this ticket, I actually talked to the Clutter dev, and they're adding the Silver tag to the Clutter silver in the next update.
