What happened?

The alternative button doesn't show up when trying to craft with the crafting station

How do you trigger this bug?

I tried crafting an Iron gear from industrial foregoing instead of an iron water canteen from tough-as-nails.

Just wanted to comment to mention that "Crafting Station" mod, a derivation of just the crafting station from Tinker's, also has this issue and doesn't show up.
