Observed Behavior: I installed this mod in a little modpack I've made for myself and, it just didn't worked, I tried to find it in the active mod list in menu but it doesn't even appear, I'm sure is the right file, the right version, the jar file just doesn't seem to work, game just can't actually notice that it exist

Expected Behavior: I expected it to work, I expected to be able to use it

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Downloaded file
  2. Put the file in the mod folder
  3. Opened minecraft
  4. Opened my world
  5. Since the mod was not working I decided to check the mod list in game
  6. Forge was not even noticing the mod so I tried to download the file again, it doesn't worked
