What happened?

when you put FastWorkbench together with Polymorph, Polymorph stops working in all CraftingTable interfaces, only working in tom's storage

How do you trigger this bug?

1.I tested using 1 red stone and 1 iron, for project E and ExtendedCrafting recipes
