If i remember correctly this wasn't the case with an older version of Polymorph.
And this only started happening recently with one of the newer versions.

Another example, I've got a Unification script that make all copper ores smelt into the same type of copper. But if I now put the correct copper inside of the furnace it shows up as recipe conflicts- while the output is the same for all of them.
