Describe the bug!

When there's no functioning AE2 Controller being rendered in the world, Controllers in Ponders just get stuck in the first frame of their animation.

With this, or when teleported somewhere without Controllers, the bug happens.

With this, Controllers in Ponders animate correctly.

Did the issue happen in singleplayer or on a server?

Confirmed to be an issue of Rubidium by an AE2 dev. Sorry for the inconvenience but this is not something we can fix on our end.
