Portal sucks Items and mobs(pigs, horses,...) in and dont teleports them to the other portal

Im playing on forge 1.16.5 36.0.14 in Singleplayer and i want to use the mod to teleport mobs.
I tested it on a creative world and I got teleported but items and mobs not.
