Having Optifine installed breaks connected portal textures. Found temporary fix, install CTM 1.12.2 mod. Don't know if it breaks Optifine CTM yet. Java GraalVM EE 1.8.0_441 Forge 1.12.2 14.23.5.2860 Optifine HD_U_G5 Portality 1.12.2-1.2.3-15
