Server crash on start up

When using this mod on a server it crashes. It crashes on a server with zero other mods... I have tried several versions of forge as well and it crashes on all of them (versions tried: forge 1.10.2 - 12.18.1.2079, forge 1.10.2 - 12.18.1.2011, forge 1.10.2-12.18.0.2002). I've included the startup log and crash log.
