[Request] Could you add descriptions to the tooltips of items using the CustomPotionEffects tag as well?

Vanilla uses the Potion nbt for potions, but map makers often use the CustomPotionEffects tag for more freedom in creating potions. Additonally, the CustomPotionEffectsTag supports all combinations of all effects in the game.
