Issue description:

Powah Block Corrupts Chunks they are build in. Had a Energizing Orb, 3 Energizing Rod, 1 Thermoelectric Generator and some Cable in there.

Steps to reproduce:

Build Powah Blocks inside the Chunk and restart the Server. After restart the Server crashes if you try to join.

Minecraft Chosen Modded Adventure Server Crashes if somebody comes near the render Distance to the corrupted chunk.

Problem Solved, the Reason was Ender IO Cable of the Version 6.0.22 causing crashes when loaded with energy.
