Arrows on cables render reversed in some orientations

Issue description:
On cables oriented up/down or east/west the arrows indicating the set flow direction on the cable (not GUI) is reversed.
Steps to reproduce:
Attach a device with a cable in the listed directions, select a flow direction, notice difference.
