Battery is charging all items at once ( Duping power )

Version: (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.18.2
- Forge: 40.1.84
- Powah: 3.0.5
Issue description:
All items get charged at once, meaning all my items just got charged 1m FE from one starter battery there only holds 1m
Steps to reproduce:
Grab a few energy cubes from Meka or a few mining gadgets, see them all being charge the same amount at once
