Issue description:

Setting the redstone mode to On and powering the reactor with redstone doesn't turn it on

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set the redstone mode to On
2. Supply redstone signal anywhere

I tried placing a lever on the red spot, top, bottom, side, none work
Also tried auto mode on and off
