Graphics on Energy Cable are counter intuitive

Issue description:

On the right hand side is a Magmator with an Energy Cable which is set to receive energy but the arrows on the cable are poiting towards the block even though the energy is going out of the block not into it.
Same for the Ender Cell on the left hand side. The cable here is set to extract energy. Not only is the wording counter intuitive as I don't want to extract energy from the block but put energy into the block. But also the arrows are pointing away from the block despite the fact that energy is going towards the cell not away from it.
