Issue description:

I'm working on some custom balancing of generators and noticed that the config file for Thermo Generators is being generated as, and applied to, the Magmators instead. Thermo Generators are not configurable and any change in magmator.toml is ignored in favor of the contents of thermo_gen.toml

I did a little digging. Could this be why?

Steps to reproduce:

• Generate fresh configs.
• Change thermo_gen.toml
• Changes are applied to Magmator instead. No change to Thermo Generators.
