Powah may stop Integrated Dynamics (Integrated Series) to work and crash the game instead

Issue description:

As long as any of the Integrated Modules is in the mod folder, the game crashes.
Of course, I was there CyclopsMC/IntegratedDynamics#957 (comment) first to complain.

Steps to reproduce:

Add the Integrated Mods (Dynamics, Tunnels, Terminals etc.)

The latest log has a blame report. I do use Powah, love the mod and cannot see anything not working. Maybe this is all about "timing" when the configured values are available for the rest of mods.

To clear this out:

It crashes the "create new world" GUI.

Existing world may load and work.
