- Minecraft: 1.16.5
- Forge: 36.1.1
- Powah: 2.3.16
Issue description:
Placing an energy cell in water will waterlog it, causing water to pour out when you break it again
Steps to reproduce:
- Replace a water source with an energy cell
- Break it
