Crashing Issue

Version: (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
- Minecraft: 1.16.5
- Forge: 36.1.4
- Powah: 2.3.16
Issue description:
Minecraft crashed for a different reason
Description: Unexpected error
java.util.ConcurrentModificationException: null
Restarted Minecraft and logged into dedicated server and had the linked crash upon walking 2 steps.
Steps to reproduce:
Not sure as it seems to be sporadic but it has occurred multiple times.

Only errors I see in the dedicated server is
[ERROR] Error encoding packet
too big (was 33414 bytes encoded, max 32767)
EDIT:
This crash happened while I was putting down an energy cell from mek and adding some flux points and plugs to it.
