[1.15.2] Request for Forge tag for Dry Ice

Request description:
Minecraft includes tags for Ice blocks (e.g. minecraft:ice)
Would you consider adding a forge tag, such as forge:blocks/ice, so that the Dry Ice can be grouped with other forms of ice since Dry Ice spawns in worldgen like Minecraft ice
