As the title says. I also can't make any of the powders because they require obsidian. There is no wiki to tell how to obtain obsidian that isn't from a chest.

btw it seem it's the obsidian block that has minimum harvest level netherite instead of diamonds
same with other blocks like crying obsidian and netherite block
something to do with the tier DIAMOND but no idea

in the mean time, reverting to the previous version fixes it
