Like the title says. This baffled the glorious snot out of me. When i removed EP3 from my testing instance. Suddenly my pack refused too start at all. From the looks of things your BC API is outdated.
Is there any other version then the one on Curse Forge? I couldn't actually find anything else.other than version 1.7.10-2.1
This baffles me too. in 2.1 buildcraft functionality has been removed so it shouldn't actually complain about it... in your instance folder, E,G Multimc/instances//minecraft/. there should be a folder called Logs, can i please have a copy of the file called "fml-client-latest.log". So i can find out why it is breaking.
ok so i was unaware of a new version of buildcraft 6.2.6, i have refactored a lot of the Thermal Expansion code to Generic Redstone Flux code. at the moment i see if Thermal Expansion is there to enable the blocks but i will check for the api instead then enable the blocks, i say this because Buildcraft only uses RF now, i will remove all of the old BuildCraft code and then release an update.
just checked, Buildcraft no longer put the power api in their mod that is why it broke.
Yes let me reboot the instance with the original copy of your mod. I'll get you that log shortly.
I watered the testing instance down too only IC2 and BC so there was two power nets for it. Also had CoFH core installed and Nether Ores. Funny enough the pack started up without BC or IC2.
Here is the log you requested http://paste.ee/p/JTexb this has the crash information as well.
