Using version 1.10.2-2.0.2 w/ latest Sonar Core.

I've tried both the Inventory Reader and the Fluid Reader and neither seem to reliably update when adding / removing items / fluids from the connected inventory. E.g. Hooked up to an EnderIO tank filled with Lava and received a correct reading on the screen. However, when I remove / add lava with a bucket, the display remains the same. Similar experience with the Inventory Reader hooked up to a chest. Quantities don't update and in some cases, new items added to the chest aren't shown at all.

Can confirm this issue, tried with processing time and screen is only updated when I interact with it from the backside
