Whenever I break anything, I do not receive the item back and i get an error when placing them.

Same issue here. Data cables seem to be the only thing I can get back after breaking.

wrench also doesn't work...breaks blocks no matter what setting it is in

Same problem here too. Running latest of Sonar Care, Practical and forge in 1.10.2
When I break items, they disappear.

I know you are busy but do you think you will still work on this mod?
