I have isntalled your mod and also looked a tutorial on that for the 1.7.10 since the 1.10.2 differs from it but as I have looked in NEI I have seen that all the items are looking like PL 2, so I looked to the PL 2 Modpage and searched for the 3D Book but there isn't any nor is there a key.

Please check this out and add the missing book, also it looks like the latest 1.7.10 Version is an uncompleated 1.10.2 port since I can't identify wich item does what e. g. the Transceiver which I did not found in the tutorial for the 1.7.10 version.

Will be glad that this will be resolved.

euh practical logistics 2 doesn't even exist for 1.7.10, it was the original practical logistics

the 3D book didn't exist back then, also you got things reversed: it is no backport from 1.10.2 to 1.7.10. The old practical logistics mod got updated to newer minecraft versions (1.9 and 1.10) and in the process changed to become what we now know as PL2

But when there was no backport, why are the textures from 1.7.10 and the 1.10.2 are identicly? Those from the tutorial for 1.7.10 looked different and also there was never a Transceiver Array shown in the video.

because he just updated the textures in both 1.7.10 and 1.10.2? and your tutorial probably wasn't covering everything or wasn't for the last version

This is the tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R372mV3IL08&ab_channel=Dareth from the same year like the latest release so I assumed that it is up to date and also I assumed that it covers the hole mod compleatly but no Infos about the Transceiver Array or other wireless data exchange which seems to be possible.

that tutorial is part 1 of 3 it looks like it, also there is no garantee he'll over everything, he might have missed those. As for visuals not matching, could be as simple as a resource pack changing how things look

Maybe but the first part covers only the items and how they are working but missed out the Array things and the two other ones are demonstration ones. So I have nothing how the importan stuff of the mod works and this is bad, rly bad. To setup some simple cabled reading is easy but what about the array and wireless transmission? From what I have seen, it is the only logical reason for me.
