[1.7.10] No Facade Support?

I am not sure why, but I can't use either AE2 Facades nor can I use BC Facades.
I also tried out other ways but thea are all failed.
And no, currently I have no intension to switch to a newer version of MC since they have not that large
amount of mods like 1.7.10 it has.
