Details

The current configuration option which determines which starting house to provide new players is confusing to various mod pack creators and players.

To make this easier we will create a new option to pair with the current option.

New Option: Give Starting Item to New Players? (True/False) Default: True

When this is set to true a starting item will be provided to new players, unless the starting item is still set to "Nothing"

When this is set to false, no starting item will be provided regardless of what the starting item option is set to.

This layout allows for backwards compatibility with existing configuration.
