[1.21.1] Neoforge Recipes not displaying in EMI/JEI

Minecraft: 1.21.1
Neoforge: 21.1.71
Pretty Pipes: 1.17.1
Pretty Pipes Fluids: 3.1.0
EMI: 1.1.16
JEI: 19.21.0.246

Expected Behavior:

When checking items in EMI/JEI (mouse clicks or hotkeys) for the recipes to be displayed.

Actual Behavior:

Item show in list but the recipes do not display when checked.

I believe this is a result of a change in neoforge, which is now expecting recipes to be in the recipe folder rather than recipes
