Pipes don't waterlog when clicked with a full water bucket, instead the water is placed on the clicked face.
Waterlogged pipes can't have water removed from them with an empty bucket, instead doing nothing (not even an interaction animation)

Pipes placed and broken in water behave properly, still, so this one's a minor annoyance at worst.
