For reference - Playing a single-player Vault Hunters world, have only unlocked one decoration mod and Pretty Pipes.

I'm setting up a larger storage system, and I've created a "silo" with a large number of chests stacked below ground around a central pipe, and a terminal on the top. I noticed that some of the materials I had manually loaded into the chests weren't showing in the interface, and some were. After loading a large amount of materials, I noticed that only half of most of the double chests was being used. Has this been seen before? is it a mod-interaction issue, or something I've messed up, or just a bug?

closed and restarted the world and it was fixed. thanks anyways lol
