Client crash: AirItem cannot be cast to class de.ellpeck.prettypipes.items.IModule

Got a repeatable crash, while LaserIO UI is open, and Pretty Pipes pipe network is being rendered in the background.
Unsure whether to report it here or to LaserIO, so I followed a suggestion in a crash report.
This happens on a custom kitchen sink style forge modpack on 1.18.2, playing in single-player.
