On further testing it appears to be an issue with the prevent oversending logic conflicting with a storage that voids excess. Downgrading from High Extraction Module to Low Extraction Module fixes the issue but the throughput can no longer keep up with the input.

When piping from an inventory to a Sophisticated Storage controller that is itself linked to a barrel for the specific resource with a void upgrade - Medium and High extraction modules fail to perform as expected and end up only sending a stack or two of the item every few minutes into the void excess upgraded barrel.

Same problem here. 1.20.1, mod version 1.15.0. Can we get a destination pipe module to disable oversending logic?

Oh, forgot to mention -- my case is with controller block from "Functional Storage" mod. But the problem is exactly the same.
