I have a pipe going to two sets of chests from a chicken farm, one chest for chicken and feathers, a set of three for eggs. I have eggs set to disallowed for the chicken chest and chicken/feathers to disallowed for the egg chests, however eggs are still flowing into the chicken chest through the disallowed filter. (I've checked, and it's definitely through the filter, not getting in through a different connection.)

I do have other mods, no modpacks though.

Cannot reproduce, even with the exact setup you described. Please try to break and replace all of the pipes and see if the issue persists.
