Modules destroyed when removing pipes with pipe wrench

Minecraft: 1.16.4
Modpack: Enigmatica 6 version 0.3.2
Removing a pipe using a wrench with the "sneak + right click to instantly break" function drops the pipe but does not drop any modules that were loaded in the pipe.
