Add /book command to generate Pride Book for current world & date that is added to player's inventory

Significant progress complete f42bb52, need to improve style of book (colors, bold, etc) as well as details for properly expressing x/y/z coordinates. Ideally click/hover would in some way be replaced before finishing this feature.
