Bewitched Tome could drop Spell Book and Arcane Tome from EBWizardry if present.

Maybe also Floating Book from EnchantingPlus?

Or maybe, just a config to add drop? that would allow for fine tuning without hard code/dependency
Maybe a JSON file, for modName:itemName, meta, NBT, rarity?
That would allow for most case, and hard code could still manage enchanted book, but maybe with a enchant blacklist?
